The last of seven buildings in FOP phase 1, Building 1 occupies a prominent position at the park entrance. Typical styling elements, used in all OPD developments, are applied in an updated/refreshed manner. This not only ensures that the new building fit seamlessly into the established park, but sets the tone for the imminent second phase, located across the road. Visual fragmentation of the facades is achieved through controlled cantilever and simple projections, thereby achieving interesting effects without adding to structural cost.

The plan is simple, with the core positioned to maximise multi-tenant entrance opportunity, and efficiently apply escape routes. The double volume lobby, with its extensive glazing and skylights, is used to relay natural light into adjacent deep floor areas.
