Consisting of 40 individual small tenancies sharing a central reception, meeting spaces, lunch room and support staff, CHWP offers an exclusive address with exceptional river views. Flagship to their growing chain of centres, the design builds on the corporate identity previously developed by ADA.

On entry, stone floors and mirror-clad wall finishes extends seamlessly from lift lobby, to reception, to main boardroom and view beyond. Frameless acoustic glass layers and the application of “white noise” make these vistas practically possible. Obscuring decals add a degree of privacy.

Zebrano is applied to feature wall and ceiling panels, and joinery, providing sharp contrast with the otherwise neutral palette of warm grey, white and black. The feature panels conceal services and lighting, and serve as acoustic baffles. The slats consist of lightweight balsa core with a high quality vinyl print applied to it.
