The Dreamworld theme park in the Gold Coast is a famous leisure destination for locals and tourists alike. The theme park occupies about 60% of the property and the owned commissioned Gassman Development Perspectives and ADA to prepare a proposal to develop the residual site areas. These were subdivided into six precincts which includes three commercial, two residential and a hotel precinct.
Chapman assumed the usual role of design architect, developing the residential precinct master plans and building massing, and developing a uniting architectural language to be used across all precincts.
